WHAT IS AVRA?

In a nutshell, AVRA is a multimedia platform and community for people who are inspired to create. (find out more here)

WHAT DOES IT STAND FOR?

To many people's disappointment, it doesn't stand for anything. It's spelt AVRA pronounced 'aura' (awr-uh)...in fact, it is just 'aura'.

We liked the name and it stuck.

HOW TO I BECOME PART OF THE TEAM?

ARE YOU GUYS IN PRINT?

At the moment, no. But it's one of our big dreams. You can see all of the issues past and present here.

HOW CAN I SUPPORT YOU GUYS?

  • Tell a friend! Then tell that friend to tell a friend. We think word-of-mouth is the most effective ways of communicating and it's a super easy and free way you can support us.

  • Send us a message to tell us why you love us. We'd love to hear from you.

  • Share the work of our resident artists.

We don't really care about followers as much as we care about supporting each other. Our in-house creative team work incredibly hard balancing their degrees, jobs and creative practices. Find out more about us and follow our individual projects here.
